Inventory and warehouse management software

Prospect is inventory software that tracks on-hand, reserved and available quantities per warehouse. Stock changes only through documents (receipts, deliveries, transfers, returns and counts), so every quantity can be traced to its source. Inventory is included in every plan, from 49 € per month per company.

What you can do

  • See on-hand, reserved and available stock per item and warehouse.
  • Work with several warehouses and transfer stock between them.
  • Reserve stock for published sales orders.
  • Maintain products and services with codes, units, categories and barcodes.
  • Run inventory counts: enter the counted quantities, review the variances and post the adjustment.
  • Review stock valuation at moving weighted average cost, with the history behind it.
  • Trace every movement back to the document that caused it.

Built in Macedonia for Macedonian companies

  • Inventory counts are posted as documents with the system quantity, the counted quantity and the variance.
  • Stock is valued at moving weighted average cost, with one cost per item across all warehouses.
  • Stock valuation is an operational measure; the accounting export passes it to your accountant's system.
  • A backdated movement that would take stock below zero on its date is blocked.

Frequently asked questions

Can I manage more than one warehouse?
Yes. Stock is tracked per warehouse, and transfers move quantities between warehouses.
What is the difference between on-hand and available stock?
On hand is the posted physical quantity. Reserved is stock committed by active sales orders. Available is on hand less reserved.
How is stock valued?
At moving weighted average cost. Each item has one average cost across all warehouses, so a transfer moves quantity without changing the unit cost.
Does Prospect support barcodes?
Yes. Barcodes are stored on the item record.
How do I bring in my current stock?
Use the opening stock import with item code, quantity and unit cost, from a CSV or Excel file.
