- What is Prospect?
- Prospect is web-based business software for companies in North Macedonia. It covers quotes, orders, delivery notes and invoices, eFaktura, purchases, inventory, bank statements, payments and reports in one system.
- How much does Prospect cost?
- 49 € per month or 490 € per year per company. Both options include all modules, eFaktura and multiple users.
- Is eFaktura included?
- Yes. Sending and receiving through the UJP eFaktura service and the local signer are included in the subscription at no extra charge.
- Do I need to install anything?
- No. Prospect runs in a current browser. Only signing eFaktura documents needs the local signer, a small Windows application.
- How many users can I have?
- Multiple users are included in the price. Owners and administrators have full access, and members get permissions per module and per sensitive action.
- Is Prospect accounting software?
- No. Prospect is the operational system for documents, stock, open items, payments and reports. It does not keep a general ledger; your accountant receives the data through the accounting export.
- Can I bring my data from another program?
- Yes. Partners, items, opening stock and unpaid customer and supplier invoices are imported from CSV or Excel files, with a template for each type.
- Which bank statement formats are supported?
- ISO 20022 camt.053 (XML), SWIFT MT940, Format 300 and CSV.
- In which languages is Prospect available?
- The interface and the documentation are available in Macedonian and English. You edit the labels on the PDF documents yourself, so documents can be in any language.
- How is my data protected?
- Each user has an individual account with optional two-factor authentication, access is limited by roles and permissions, and an activity log records who changed what.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- Your company data is preserved. After access expires the workspace is locked, and renewing the subscription unlocks the same company.
