Invoicing software for companies in North Macedonia
Prospect is web-based invoicing software for companies in North Macedonia. It takes a sale from quote to sales order, delivery note, invoice and payment without re-entering the customer or the items, and it can submit the published invoice to the UJP eFaktura service. Invoicing is included in every plan, from 49 € per month per company.
What you can do
- Create quotes, sales orders, delivery notes, invoices, recurring invoices and credit notes.
- Continue a quote into an order, a delivery note and an invoice; the customer, lines and remaining quantities carry over.
- Number documents automatically from your own series, with prefixes, padding and a counter per fiscal year.
- Apply customer price lists, default discounts and payment terms that fill the due date.
- Preview the invoice as a branded PDF and email it to the customer from Prospect.
- Schedule recurring invoices that generate a draft for review on each due date.
- Correct a published invoice with a credit note; a return note brings the goods back into stock.
- Set a credit limit per customer; exceeding it requires a separate override permission.
How it works
- 1Read the guide
Prepare a quote
Choose the customer and the items. Prices, discount and payment terms come from the customer's price list and terms.
- 2Read the guide
Confirm the order and deliver
Publish a sales order to reserve stock, then a delivery note to take the goods out of the warehouse.
- 3Read the guide
Publish the invoice
Create the invoice from the order or the delivery note. Publishing assigns the number and opens a receivable.
- 4Read the guide
Send it
Email the PDF to the customer, and sign and submit the invoice to eFaktura when it is required.
- 5Read the guide
Record the payment
Allocate the incoming payment by hand or match it from an imported bank statement.

Built in Macedonia for Macedonian companies
- VAT rates of 18%, 10%, 5% and 0% are preconfigured, and you can add your own.
- Partner records hold the EDB tax number and the EMBS registry number that appear on invoices and in eFaktura.
- Published sales invoices can be signed locally and submitted to the UJP eFaktura service.
- Fiscal years and locked periods stop ordinary posting into closed years.
- The interface is in Macedonian and English, and every label on the PDF documents is editable, so a document can be in any language.
How it connects to the rest of Prospect
- eFakturaA published invoice becomes an outbound eFaktura that you sign and submit without leaving Prospect.
- InventoryA sales order can reserve stock and a delivery note reduces it, so availability reflects what has already been sold.
- Bank statementsEach published invoice opens a receivable that is settled when you match the customer's payment from a bank statement.
Prospect compared with spreadsheets and manual work
| Task | Prospect | Spreadsheets and manual work |
|---|---|---|
| Quote to invoice | The next document is created from the previous one, with customer and lines carried over | Copied and pasted between files |
| Document numbers | Assigned from the series when the document is published | Tracked by hand |
| Stock | Reduced by the delivery note | A separate sheet updated afterwards |
| Unpaid invoices | Open items and an aging report per customer | A list checked against the bank statement |
| eFaktura | Signed and submitted from the invoice | Entered again in the UJP portal |
Frequently asked questions
- Is there a limit on the number of invoices?
- No. Every plan includes an unlimited number of invoices and other documents.
- Can I send invoices to eFaktura from Prospect?
- Yes. A published sales invoice can be prepared, signed with the local signer and submitted to the UJP eFaktura service, and Prospect then shows its synchronized status. eFaktura is included in the subscription.
- Can I use my own invoice design?
- Yes. The PDF template editor lets you change the layout, labels, accent colour, logo width and margins for each document type, with a live preview.
- Can I issue recurring invoices?
- Yes. A recurring schedule generates an invoice draft for each due date, and you review and publish it like any other invoice.
- Is Prospect accounting software?
- No. Prospect covers the operational side: documents, stock, open items, payments and reports. It does not keep a general ledger; your accountant receives the data through the accounting export.
Pricing
