Severity guide

Critical

Same business day, prioritized immediately when monitored.

Production is unavailable, sign-in is blocked, or confirmed data integrity risk affects active customers.

High

Same or next business day.

A core workflow is blocked, such as publishing invoices, eFaktura sync, billing, or email delivery.

Normal

Within two business days.

Product questions, configuration help, document templates, imports, exports, or non-blocking bugs.
